Inner Healing Awaits

Before, during and after a session of any type with me you can expect to set a healing intention and be supported while energetically aligning to this intention. You will be met exactly where you are with no judgment and total unconditional love. We will go through the specific benefits of the session you chose. Then, we will get you comfortable and relaxed enough to receive the healing offered to you. During the session you may feel intense feelings. You are safe to express your emotions and feelings freely within our safe space we create together. You may feel physical indicators that energy is being released and moved around by tingling, heat or coldness. After your session you may feel very calm, tired, energetic or an array of emotions to mention a few. I always encourage you to ground yourself and hydrate after a session. Allow yourself this time for self reflection and self care. Journaling is not required but a great tool to record any emotions or experiences you may have. I will be available afterwards for any support you may need. Everybody has a unique experience, it’s my honor to assist in yours. I hope to co-create a continuous healing plan for you and support you in all your inner healing needs.

Pregnancy and Nursing is SAFE for all of my healing methods EXCEPT the use of the Sparkle Crystal Mat. Reiki during pregnancy can be a very soothing experience.

Children are SAFE to experience all of my services EXCEPT the use of the Sparkle Crystal Mat. Children (17 and under) are required to have their parent or guardian’s written consent. Reiki can be a great tool to aid in deeply relaxing your child.

Imagine yourself as the light bulb, the Reiki practitioner as the plugged in power cord and the Reiki life force energy as the power source the Reiki practitioner is plugged into. Reiki is a Japanese Stress reduction and relaxation technique. This practice uses life force energy to enhance your physical and mental healing. The healing life force energy or “Chi” flows through the Reiki practitioner into the receiving participant. Reiki can do NO HARM. The goal of each session is to create a safe and calm space for your energy to release and rejuvenate itself. You are a beautiful energy force that is worthy of inner healing! The answer to this is unique for each client. Once we have identified your unique needs we can co create a plan that supports you to optimal physical and mental inner healing. On average a session once a week is highly recommended for optimal healing. Just like other healing modalities, the more consistent and connected you are, the better the results. Sound healing is a healing method that uses sound and frequency for relaxation, healing and personal empowerment. This is a practice I incorporate into each session.

This is the same as a classic crystal singing bowl but has a handle. The handle gives me more flexibility to apply the sound frequencies to specific areas. It also is loud and soothing enough to achieve the same results if not better in a more 1 on 1 session. I am able to freely move the bowl over any area of your body or room that intuitively speaks to me as needing attention. The bowl I use is a 6 Inch F note Quartz Crystal singing bowl. This bowl creates a beautiful healing sound at 432Hz. This specific Hz aids in clearing negative energy, supports meditation, may reduce anxiety and may bring feelings of happiness. This is a great tool for heart chakra activation and overall deeper inner healing. I include this with every session because everyone should experience the healing power of this tool.

Tingsha are small cymbals used in meditation. I personally use dragon Tingsha bells that are crafted in Nepal. The dragon represents divine wisdom and rejuvenation, which is amplified through healing sounds when played. I use these to clear chakra energy and bring in positive energy to your session.

The Tibetan singing bowl is an instrument over 3,000 years old. This is a great tool to use for deep meditation and create a more receptive environment in your body for healing. This is a tool I use in more in depth sound healing  and meditation sessions. The bowl I use resonates beautifully and brings in a sense of peace.

The Rainstick musical instrument is a very sacred and mystical instrument. It creates an extremely calming sound of rain trickling down. This is a tool I use to assist in deep sound healing and meditation. It is crafted in Chile and uses ethically sourced wood from Capado cactus. The proceeds from purchasing this specific Rainstick helps support the humanitarian work of the African Heartwood Project. This is a beautiful sacred sound that will aid in the relaxation of your session.

Guided Meditation is a form of meditation that is directed by my voice. Meditation is a way to quiet your thoughts and connect intention to your breathing. The goal is to create a peaceful and empowering experience tailored to your goals. I will help your brain from wandering with gentle guidance and support. This is a great way to personalize your session to your specific needs.

Crystal Healing is a form of Vibrational healing. Different crystals hold different properties. When you place them on and around the body you may receive the specific benefits from that crystal. This is a great amplifier for any session.

Your Aura is the electromagnetic field around you. Your aura may be seen on special photography called Aura Photography. Each color has a specific correlation to the energy you give off. Aura cleansing is a great way to clear any blockages, protect your energy and align with a higher vibration.

Aromatherapy is a natural holistic way to promote healing through scent sense. These scents come from natural plant and herb extracts in carrier oils. Each scent is used for different possible healing properties. My favorite essential oil to work with is Rosemary. Rosemary is a highly protective, cleansing and light scent. This oil is used in all sessions if you are comfortable with it. For more chakra specific aromatherapy there is an add on service available.

Your chakras are different energy centers located on your body. The most popular are the 7 chakras in the midline of your body. It is important to identify which chakras are blocked and then use different techniques to unblock the energy flow to create balance. The techniques I use are Reiki, sound healing, personalized meditations and mantras. Healing these blockages can be a beautiful energy release and rejuvenation technique.

Your Root is located at the base of your spine. This chakra is correlated with the color red. It is associated with your basic needs of grounding, protection and security.

Your Sacral chakra is located at the level of your naval. This chakra is correlated with the color orange. It is associated with your sensuality, creativity and emotions.

Your Solar Plexus is located between your naval and heart in the midline. This chakra is correlated with the color yellow. It is associated with your confidence, self esteem, willpower and self control.

Your Heart Chakra is located at the level of your heart. This chakra is correlated with the color green. It is associated with your ability to love, forgive and have compassion.

Your Throat Chakra is located at the level of your throat. This chakra is correlated with the color blue. It is associated with your ability to communicate.

Your Third Eye Chakra is located in between your eyebrows. This chakra is correlated with the color indigo. It is associated with your intuition and imagination.

Your Crown Chakra is located at the top of your head. This chakra is correlated with the color violet or white. It is associated with your divine connection, highest self and life purpose. 

Emotional Freedom Techniques and Thought Field Therapy is a stress and anxiety reduction technique through tapping gently on certain points of the body. This is known as the “acupuncture without needles” technique to tackle stress and anxiety. This is an approach I will guide you through. It is an excellent additional service to add on for a more intense focus on anxiety, trauma and stress relief.

The Crystal Sparkle Mat uses Hot Crystals, Negative Ions technology, Far Infrared Light(FIR) Heat Technology, Red Light Technology and Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF). These technologies will promote whole body healing at a cellular level. These techniques will expedite your body’s natural healing process in a gentle way. This session will promote circulation, will aid in your body’s natural recovery, may aid in sleep and many more amazing benefits. There are restrictions on who can use this modality. This is a relaxing method of delivering heat. Hot crystals will increase your circulation of your oxygen, blood and nutrients to vital areas of the body.

The crystals used in this mat are some of my favorite to work with. Black tourmaline and Purple Amethyst. The black tourmaline is a highly protective stone that dissipates negative energy. Purple Amethyst amplifies calming, healing and Far Infrared Light (FIR) energy. This is a great combination of crystals to promote emotional balance and support and enhance your healing process.

Far Infrared Light (FIR) is the sun’s most energizing heat. This mat heats to 160 Farenheight and will penetrate 1.5 inches into your body with healing energy. This may aid in detoxification of your body on a cellular level, deep muscle relaxation, healthy glowing skin, immunity boosting and improvement of sleep and cognitive function.

Far Infrared (FIR) light is invisible to the human eye and offers the sun’s most energizing radiant heat that not only helps to detox the body through sweat, but also has been used to treat various maladies, aches, and pains.¹ It has also been shown to be effective in relieving pain in patients with chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and muscle damage.²

This therapy is often confused with Ultraviolet light, which is harmful to the skin. FIR, on the other hand, is highly beneficial.

Sparkle Mats heat up to 160°F (70°C), delivering FIR that penetrates about 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) into the body. This helps to repair damaged tissue and increase blood circulation.

Sparkle Mats use Far Infrared (FIR) therapy to generate heat in tissues and introduce high-frequency EMFs reaching up to 8” into the body. The FIR rays are released via the gemstones on your mat during the heating process. Setting the temperature higher will release a greater amount of FIR.

Negative Ion Therapy is similar to the positive energy you feel while standing on a beach or near a waterfall. Positive ions are counter intuitive because they are the not so good ions. Photobiomodulation occurs when light strikes a living biological tissue and triggers a physiological response. Out of the spectrum of light, Red Light Therapy (RLT) offers the highest level of photobiomodulation, as it uses lasers of LEDs at 660 nm.

NASA first used RLT in the 1990’s as a way to grow plants in space. Its ability to provide pain relief and improve injuries was discovered decades later. Now, it is also recommended by a variety of experts to support sleep, performance, and healthy skin and hair.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency is a type of Electromagnetic healing tool. Electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) are naturally occurring in your environment at all times. Mother Earth emits a 7.83 Hz (Theta) frequency, also known as “Schumann’s Frequency”. These Pulsed Electromagnetic frequencies are tuned into promoting the body’s natural healing process by utilizing magnets. Much like MRI machines use energy to get radiographic images, Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequencies use energy to promote the body’s natural healing process at a cellular level using magnets. Today, there is now a rapidly growing body of evidence in healthcare to support magnetic stimulation of the body, particularly with PEMFs.³

Because PEMF therapy uses magnetic fields as the delivery mechanism for the stimulation, it can generate charges much deeper in the body than electrical currents. It is also much safer and more tolerable.

PEMFs have been found to enhance the function of cell membranes, helping to balance the charges on either side and revitalizing the cell.

The environment is an integral part of a human being. The earth is a huge magnet and the sun is our nearest high-intensity magnetic neighbor. Our health depends on a well-balanced electromagnetic system, both within and outside the body.

PEMFs interact with the body’s own magnetic fields to produce charge and affect the molecular functions of the tissues. Treating the body at an electromagnetic level will affect the entire body, not only at the electromagnetic level but ultimately into the chemical and tissue levels
